Another Yahoo Question (not recognized)

I have been procrastinating with the whole transition but finally remembered to do it today. One problem, I followed the instructions from Cox but Yahoo doesn't recognize my email. Tried it on my phone and now on my laptop and am coming up with nothing. If I'm being honest it could just be I'm dumb and not good at this kinda thing but at this point I'm stuck. Anyone had this same issue or know how to resolve?

Or did I just miss the window for a normal transition?
