We have had Cox internet for over 8 years and have had no issues with connection or service. However, on August 27, Cox did an upgrade (more like a downgrade) and the service is worse than when we had dial-up back in the early 90's.
It is constantly freezing, buffering and kicking me off of the internet. It is difficult to watch anything on the streaming services as it cuts in and out constantly. I had to increase my data plan with my cell phone provider as I am having to use my hot spot. We are currently researching other options for our internet services and would like recommendations from the community.
