Modem Log

Was there a 1-Aug update affecting the Status Page of our Internet modem?

I've tried connecting to 192.168.100.1 with Firefox and Edge but it times out and is unreachable, respectively.

I viewed my logs the day before (31 July) but I can't connect today.

I have reset my Arris TM3402A via the online tool.

    I'm not aware of any changes to this effect. I'd suggest trying to restart the modem to see if that helps. If that doesn't help I'd try with a direct connection to the modem.
