Really?
First, tell me how I am supposed "to mark such emails as "not spam"" on the Cox webmail client.
Second, how would creating a rule to send emails that Cox has tagged as --SPAM-- to my inbox do anything to resolve the problem? I have no rules set-up on Cox webmail so all emails are delivered to my email client.
