new computer and cox email issues...
Just bought a laptop & added my cox emails to w10 mail app. I can receive emails fine, even though I sometimes get a message that my settings are out of date... however, I can not send anything...they all go straight the draft and just sit there until I get pissed and delete them. I even deleted the mail account & re-installed and it does the same thing. any ideas?

Everything on my system runs fine except with Cox mail...it takes an extremely long time to download the mail...I have less than 20 email but it takes minutes to get into them...everything else works fine...except the mail....also I pay extra for higher internet speeds but your mail software or where every it is located is extremely slow...
