3 outages this week

What is going on with this Internet this week?   Not only do I never get close to the speeds I pay for, but I'm paying almost 200 dollars a month for this.  3 outages this week.  This is not what I call reliable Internet of late. So why do many outages in the 32505 area?  Is this going to improve and become reliable again soon?  Or is it time to find a new provider, because this is ridiculous.
