60% packet loss, under 1mb upload speed

I have been having an issue the past few days in the Bellevue NE area. My packet loss will shoot up to 60% and upload speed will drop to under 1mb. This has been happening since 11/14/2024 and I have swapped modems and personal routers and can say it seems like noise in the node I’m on. It’s frustrating because Cox says there is no issues, but there clearly is. If this doesn’t get fixed I will be reporting to the FCC and the BBB.
