Question

My email account just got hacked... again. This has happened many, MANY times over the years. This time, however, it very nearly cost me a lot of money. Luckily, I caught it fast and changed my password yet again. Multi factor authentication has been commonplace for some time now. Why is Cox not using it? Cox's disregard for the security and safety of it's high-paying customers is unacceptable. Multi factor authentication needs to be implemented immediately.

Hi Matman24, Cox works nonstop to proactively identify compromised accounts and take aggressive steps to protect customers. When necessary to protect our customers and network, Cox suspends accounts due to suspicious or fraudulent activity.
