Audio issues

I was streaming a digital concert for  one of the artists  that I follow.  Towards the end of the concert the audio would cut in and out but the video would keep playing.   I emailed the stream people asking them if it was on my end or your end and they said it shouldn’t be on our end. I’ve just never seen that before were audio would  stop but the video keeps playing.  I did drop after buffering all together at one point where I had to reconnect
