If my bill is due Thursday and don’t get paid till Friday, will they shut my Internet off?

If a bill is not paid by the due date we will send reminders and notifications. If the bill continues to be unpaid by the time the next bill is printed, usually about 10 days after the due date then a late fee may be charged and the service may be subject to interruption.
