Cox deleted my appt

I had an appointment scheduled for an install and changed my plans to make sure I would be here for it, only to be canceled without notice. They told me they don't see the appointment on my account but I have the freakin email. Do you think I typed it up myself for fun? I've never been gaslit by a service provider so this is a whole new realm of low.

    Call back and have them double check, using the account number that is on the email. SOMETIMES, they look up the wrong account number, and when that happens, they don't see the work order that's on YOUR account.
