This is the worst, canned explanation of this forum. Anyone who posts here presents an issue that cannot resolved without expert intervention. Then they are met with the same non-answers that are copy-and-pasted a dozen times by you and your fellow moderators. None of you have helped any of us understand why Cox cannot communicate with us. I still have yet to receive a single non-automated response from the Cox.Help email address.
