Using www.cox.com/residential/internet/learn/cox-hotspots.html to search that address it pulls up 4001 BROADWAY RD, BLDG B 15, Phoenix, AZ 85040. There are a couple close to that exact address; is this the one you're attempting to connect to, or a different one? If you have the exact address, we can investigate that on our end.

Thank you for getting back to me.
I'm trying to connect from Suite B14 of this address so I assume this is the one I'm trying to connect to. I didn't realize it was this close!
If you could investigate why it is not connecting to this hotspot anymore that would be great.
