Downstream bonded channel lock

Downstream bonded channel lock

Looking for some input for the below downstream channel lock, I can receive all locks on the downstream bonded channels if I change to a lower frequency, but once the modem selects a higher channel at least one channel is not locked. Any input is welcomed. see below modem readings.

Frequency start Value
This field below allows you to modify the frequency the cable modem start with its scan during initialization and registration. Enter the new start frequency and restart the cable modem for it to take effect.

Just to rule out the basic stuff, can you describe how the coaxial gets from the street to the room the modem is in? Any splitters/amps/filters? Also, is it a SB6183?

The coaxial is routed from the street to a cable box on the outside of the home -> home network panel (one splitter) -> to the cable modem (Netgear cm500).

There is an amp on another coaxial line for the television and a modem for the telephone connection.

What model phone modem(eMTA) do you have? Not sure you can log in to a eMTA that is provisioned for only telephone, but if you can, do you see the same problem?

Also, what is the reason you are using your own modem? With Cox phone you can get a free lease on a data/phone D3.1 eMTA TM3402.
