Downstream channel power level concerns

I am unsure of how to read this information from the gateway. I have highlighted the difference between power levels. I am under the impression the difference between the highest and lowest should be 3. Can someone confirm? Also, is my correctable codewords a problem? I am getting an average packet loss of between 10-20% (smoke ping image https://ibb.co/BVyWCf0 ).

I have been told the node is oversold and they are working on it but is there something else going on too? The speeds have gotten significantly worse since last weekend and my jitter is much worse also.

There are lots of "rules of thumb" for signal levels, but only Cox can provide the correct range of specs.  I agree with widermouthopen.

Correctables are fine because your modem is correcting codewords.  Uncorrectables, however, are so bad, your modem has to request a retransmission.  You have uncorrectables on all channels.  This is concerning; however, your SNR on the cable looks okay.  Any electronic devices in your house setting near the coax?
