Email server Not Found

Logged into account successfully, but receiving error message when attempting to access email. "Not Found The requested URL /affwebservices/public/saml2sso was not found on this server.".

    I'm getting the same error in FireFox: "The requested URL /affwebservices/public/saml2sso was not found on this server." Cleared cache and cookies but the problem persists.

        Hi @Admin7 ,

        Please clear out the cache and cookies in Chrome then close your Chrome browser. Make sure that you are not using a bookmarked link.

      Make sure that you clear out the cache/cookies and then close the browser and open the browser back up. Do not use a bookmarked page to access your Cox account, Type in the URL manually.
