Every night losing connection
Last 4 nights we lose connection for a few minutes up to an hour or so then it comes back. Every time I check cox page it claims no problems. Then I tell it to reset modem, then it says can't do it ...

What model modem/router do you have and does the light(s) change on them when the problem happens? Anything new or strange happen 4 nights ago when the problem started?
