I have just upgraded to fiber couple of weeks ago as well and have been down since Thursday night with no ETA

I did email cox several times, but there is no ETA for a fix. Today is day 4 without internet and I’m sure Cox doesn't care.

I apologize you've been without service so long. I'm sorry we didn't have an ETR. I see we did advise of the construction ticket in place. Please note that the purpose of the forums is for customers to troubleshoot products and services with each other. We'd be glad to continue assisting with this issue via email.
