Getting Fed Up.... Daily Outages

    Umm.. Your cox.help@cox.com email address gives me the following when I try to send my info to it..

    "Your message wasn't delivered to cox.help@cox.net because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." I'm sending from gmail.com ...

      Your error shows Cox.help@cox.net. The appropriate email address domain is Cox.com. Is that error coming up when you have the Cox.com domain in the To field?

        I sent to cox.help@cox.com. I got the error using gmail, but it seems to have worked using the cox email.
