Cox websites for Webmail Help appear to be for Legacy. New Webmail includes Help icons.
Email folder Help is in the lower left of Inbox when folder view is open.
Cox Email Help is in the upper right of Settings, just left of the Close "X".
Go to Settings: in the upper right of Inbox, click > All settings ...
Help specific to a Settings category is in the upper right of each category's page.
