If cox want to help refund our payments for last month and don't charge us until you get it repair completely. THAT HOW YOU HELP!
Me too. This is really pissing me off. Cox expect us to pay but asking for patience. Patience is a couple of days. NOT TWO MONTHS. I WANT A REFUND.
