Internet stops working every night

For the last 2 weeks my internet stops working between 8 - 10pm. When I wake up in the morning, it’s working fine again. Service tech changed out my modem today, but at 8:45 pm it stopped working again. Anyone else having this problem?

      Is the device your using to stream hardwired or wireless and is this happing on all devices at the same time?

      Maybe you need to switch to your 5G network. If your device is not compatible, buy a network adapter, after install switch to 5G. I had the same issues. They told me to buy a newer laptop, offered me a new modem, I paid to have a line dropped in, new nodes..... When all I needed was a $16 adapter, to throw me into 5G. Now my download speed is 157-289mgbs and my upload speed is 30-45mgbs. 

      It may be possible to manually open your 5g network. But the easy way is to just buy an adapter. I'm honestly surprised that cox doesn't offer them.
