Introducing Cox Gigablast

We are moving to Virginia Beach next month and I just got off the phone with a Cox rep to set up the install appointment.  He advised that the Gigablast service is available at our address despite the website saying otherwise.  While I'm hoping his information regarding availability is indeed correct, a quick review of this thread would seem to indicate that his statement that I would be using my existing Motorola SB6141 is not correct.  Am I correct to understand that I will be provided whatever equipment necessary (and not charged for it)?  He also made no mention of any installation fees that I've seen mentioned here.
