A couple of comments and questions about this service:
1) What is the actual name of the product? I see G1GLife and Gigablast. It's highly confusing when trying to find information. For such an advanced service, the marketing is really not clear. The branding and product name(s) are confusing, the site is a mess to navigate and find any information and calling in only makes matters worse because no one has any idea what is happening with the roll-out of the product.
2) I have been checking on this for over six-months, why is it so ridiculously hard to find out when it will be available in my area? I check online and it sends me to contact customer service. I ask customer service when it will be available in Anthem and I get routed through two or three different people... none of whom have the foggiest clue. Why isn't there a planned rollout that you can share with customers? Why can't your CSRs answer obvious questions that customers would have about such an exciting new product?
3) I am current paying for two Ultimate connections to my house because of the 400Gb per month cap per line. If you can track that I am using more than the 400Gb per connection, it would seem no big task for you to simply meter it and charge for overages. I am running a small business from home, and it is frustrating to see that there is a service like this available, advertised everywhere, and yet it is a black hole when it comes to getting any meaningful information on where and when availability will exist, how much, and anything beyond the marketing fluff.
