I agree, though I hate slow internet so I can't go to the slowest. Why should I (someone who pays for the second to top tier service) have the same cap as the bottom speed? That's the same argument that Cox is using on me when I exceed my data cap. Why should Grandma who is only emailing and Facebooking and only using 10 percent of her cap pay for me using all of my allowed data? It works both ways. Grandma pays for the lesser plan, so she should get less data. I pay for a faster plan because I obviously NEED more speed and have more devices and do more things (and would LOVE to pay for gigablast), so I should get more data to use.
