I ordered Gigablast to be installed in Oklahoma, when the tech came out he said the crew that was supposed to bury the fiber was never sent out and that he would have to reschedule. So I looked and my account today and it says I have Gigablast internet service which I don't since the tech will not be he until the 13th of Oct. When I looked at my package this is what it says for features. I specifically remember talking about the 1Gbps Down and 1Gbps Upload speeds with the sales person. Whats with this Gigabit fiber only showing 35Mbps Upload? Should I cancel my order? Is this not the correct package?
