Hi Stkea, I am including some troubleshooting information on ways to achieve Gigablast speeds.

Your modem levels are outside of our preferred specifications, meaning, I'm seeing signal issues. Please make sure all connections in the home are secured tightly and free of damage. -Kevin

Kevin why are you guys selling gigablast packages still when your network cant even handle the packages you have already sold?
