Cox reports from social media
@FreoPope @DamoMK Yep, bigger problems
were transitioning out of defence past the wing,
and not intercepting or locking down in defence.
Cox, Ryan and Chapman hopefully help fix the 2nd issue,
O'Driscoll the great hope for the first.- Becky2 years agoModeratorHi DanAZ, Down Detector is not a Cox-owned site, and we have no control over the accuracy of the information. Cox outage information is posted at www.cox.com after you log into your Cox account, and outage information is also displayed when you log into the Cox App. It sounds like you've been working hard trying to identify what's happening. So that my team can further assist you in identifying and resolving these connectivity issues, please email cox.help@cox.com. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

let me quote what he say
Cox reports from social media
@ProverbialLemon @CoxHelp
I'm watching your outage maps in real time,
you all are having a cyber security attack that is overtly visible.
I don't use cox personally.
It's not a personal issue,
you all are being compromised on your network backbone.

First downdetector.com is good for trending data but take everything else with a grain of salt. It is just users complaining about problems. If you had a news article or something I would take it more seriously but "I'm being hacked" is screamed too often.
As for your problem. What modem modem and router do you have? Do you have any problems with wired connections? If it was a DDOS or something it would effect all internet service.
::edit:: I see from your previous posts you have a Panoramic gateway. Is your "computer" wired?

it's not on my end the problem , but is COX , I'm pretty sure about that because I being testing everyting since 2/24/2023 and today....I don't care what people say at downdetector I went there to figure out to why I'm dealing with this kind of issue which it never happen before at least not at this level.....and I'm not looking for an answer from COX I just was reply with someone here at this forum... if you think I break your forum policy ? then go ahead delete my comments ...
