moving furniture

I had to rearrange furniture this morning and moved the TV to the other side of the wall.I was careful to replace all the cords the same way I took them out. But now after spending time trying to get a connection I am still unable to make progress.

I called Cox and they were not able to help me. I made the mistake of telling them I had moved the TV while I had to rearrange some furniture . I guess I am never supposed to move the TV  in this house.

According to them it's all my fault. I am not supposed to  move the TV unless I am a a Cox tech who can fix what ever is wrong.

It's really outrageous Cox will charge $55.00 because I am unable to   fix this problem. 

A customer who has been with Cox THIRTY TWO YEARS should be treated better !
