Are you seeing this issue when streaming Netflix on the Contour box or is this streamed on another device? Would you be able to test a wired device to see if you can stream Netflix in 4K on that device? Please let us know.

I dont have a conture box. Nvidia Shield and Vizio tv both have this issue around prime time, and then randomly during the night.

- Becky7 years agoModeratorHi HAPinOrange, the next time either of your TVs experience issues streaming Netflix, please run 2-3 traceroutes to the specific Netflix server IP address. Then, email the traceroute results in text format to cox.help@cox.com, along with a link to this thread and your full name and street address.
