Right! I have to refresh my page in order to get more emails. There used to be a little gear I could hit, and it would log out after so much time. Now it just stays logged in but no new emails arrive unless you refresh the page
Settings gear > All Settings
Basic Settings.> Refresh Interval
Options: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes
Security > Automatic sign out
Options: Never, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes

The only way to refresh emails is to wait for the selected interval or manually refresh the page? The circle arrows have disappeared

On the left-side of the page, if you double-tap the folder for the Inbox, this will check for new email.

the circle arrows on the top over to the right, just to the right of the bell icon.

The Refresh icon (circle arrows) is still on the page; however, if user is in some type of mode...I don't know, desktop?...it may not display. I'm not sure. Ain't too hard to find.
However, again, when I click the icon with Edge, it won't rotate to indicate it's checking for new email. I haven't tried with Chrome because I'm too lazy to save my password in Chrome. Double-tapping the Inbox folder works.

Please help me understand why refreshing the page is a problem. Can't you just hit F5 on your keyboard? Is the problem that webmail takes too long to refresh?
