Cox is totally unwilling to admit or accept responsibility for this issue that all of us are having. You redirect us to Outlook, Apple and anyone else to avoid fixing the problem. My husband has spent 7+ hours talking with Cox tech support today with the issue still not resolved. Neither one of us can send emails from the outgoing servers. Is there another carrier for internet we can use???
