Hi Cox User, sure! Change it back to the way it was and see what happens. Does the internet connectivity issue get better, worse, or stay the same? Make sure you don't disconnect a telephony modem or a cable box by mistake. Also, check each coax outlet in your home for an amplifier. An amplifier is an electronic device that increases the level of a signal. It's possible that the tech installed an amplifier that is malfunctioning or no longer needed. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Did it and even had a cox technician come out they literally said nothing was wrong, but i looked and guess what !!! My packet loss was there. Then i went to my Verizon hotspot and had 0 packet loss. fix this
