I'm sorry the app is giving you trouble. The ticket should help address your issue, but what app version do you currently have?

Thank you. That should be the updated version, but you can check the app to see if a new one is available. You mentioned a factory reset, but did support already have you uninstall and re-install the app? Do you have any other devices you can test the app on to see if the issue is specific to the tablet's access?

I did an uninstall, re-install, factory reset then logged into the app.
I have a phone that didn’t work, but it’s basically the same as the tablet (Samsung Android 13). All my other devices are too old and not supported by the app. I have an old iPad and when I try to install the app, it says I need IOS 15. That's another problem with Cox, they require customers to own a fairly new device to be able to use the app.

It should be 15 for IOS and 7 for Android, but Iphones that are still supported should still be able to install the latest updates. Please send us an email at cox.help@cox.com.
