Have you tried going into the Admin tool and see if you can access it that way? Once you log in, click Advanced and then Port Forwarding.

Yes when I go there web interface I see this on the port forwarding screen:
"Managing your home network settings is now easier than ever.
Visit wifi.cox.com to set up port forwards, among many other features and settings."
