Pro connect charges!!!!
So frustating!!! We picked up the router ourself from the store and set it up ourself on the 7th of Oct 2024. Wifi was fine but we had problem when we tried to connect the laptop with the ethernet. We called and the technician came to checked on tbe 9th. He checked and he said the cable from the pole by the street need to our house need to be change. He climbed changed the cable from the pole to the outside box and he confirmed that we won't get charge for the service. Here we go the next billing, we got charged $100!!!!. So disappointed with cox!!!.
