Hi Allan,
Thanks for your quick response. As you suggested, I tried sending an email to my Cox email from the gmail account. It did not go through, and I didn't receive an error or blocked message.
However, I went over to my business email address, sent an email to my Cox address and CC'd my gmail address, and it went through to my gmail, but not to my Cox email. However, I did receive an error message this time:

end of DATA command)
So, it's saying that my mailbox is full? I've had the same account with Cox for nearly 20 years, and have had the same email address. I've never been told that my email box is full. Never got any notifications or anything from Cox telling me this. I didn't even know there was a quota or a limit.
If there has been an account change. This may have changed the storage size of your mailbox. I got a 403 error clicking on the link. I thought emails were supposed to be saved locally so that there wouldn't be any limits exceeded.
I did make a change in my account several months ago, although that was to replace the modem, no other changes. I can't see how that would have affected my email or the storage limit.
If I really did exceed my storage limit, my sense is that it would have happened years and years ago, based on the longevity of my account. Why is this happening now, as opposed to 5 or 10 years ago?
From all indications, it appears that Cox must have done something behind the scenes within the past month, so I'm just curious as to what Cox did and how do we fix it?
I don't have Twitter or Facebook, so those options aren't available, so I'll send an email from my Gmail address to the email address you have provided.
Thank you,
Steve
