Scottsdale, Happy Valley road

Our Internet and phone has been out for Five days. COX sending txt every 6 hours, same thing, we are working on it. When called same txt is repeated with no idea what the issue is or anyone is working on it or expected date...Pretty disappointing communication. Time to look at Cellular or starlink option
