Tracert questions

I was receiving packet loss in a video game and several people suggested a tracert, can someone please tell me if anything is out of the ordinary?

Hi Pettitg18, thank you for providing this information. The numbers 1-8 are "hops," which are destinations where packets land. If you notice, on all traceroutes provided, hop 5 is a tremendously higher number. This number is in milliseconds and it represents a time frame; this number definitely suggests latency (639, 742, 1046, 737). The packet loss is tied with IP Address 4.14.52.225, and is outside of the Cox network.
