Unreliable service for past 7 days with LONG down times

For the past 7 days my internet connection has been ** - first Cox claims an outage, then they fix, then it goes out AGAIN, them its an unplannned outage - fixes it, then goes out AGAIN - and in orde...

It's the same ** here in Las Vegas 89121. Only its been happening for about a month and a half where we get at least 1 outage a day.  At night we get outages that last all night long with the message saying it's being fixed. We'll it's not being fixed or this would stop occurring. And why always a little after midnight? It renders everything relying on internet to be useless.  Security cameras, smart home stuff etc.  Even better is how my rates just changed for the worse so now I pay more for crappier service.
