How can I change my primary user ID name?

Hi MD, the only way to change your primary user ID is to delete the current identity and create a new one. If there is an email address associated with the user ID, the email address and all associated emails will be deleted. All secondary users and associated email accounts will also be deleted. Cox Technical Support and Solution Store representatives can delete a primary user ID at the request of an account holder. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
