WiFi Operational but!?
WiFi Operational But..."My "Local Area Connection *2 and 12 "Not Operational". "Local Area Connection *13 "Not Present". Is this a problem?

I'll assume you're using the Cox My WiFi tool.
You're listing numbers: 2, 12 and 13. Those appear to be channels on your 2.4 GHz frequency band. There are 11 channels on that band (1 through 11), and your router only needs to broadcast on 1 of those channels.
Did you want to change your band channel? Does the Automatic setting not work?
