I still think the timing is suspicious. Call history works... until the next time it doesn't..
My call history stopped working in late August but the last time I downloaded my call history was 8/1/2022.
If OP hasn't attempted to download the Call History in the past six days, it took 120 to purge something outfa there.
From: (Tue) 2 Aug 2022
To: (Tue) 6 Dec 2022
Result: 126 days
Adjust: 126 - 6 = 120
Cox didn't do anything. They just waited four months.

I appreciate everything Tiffany and others in Social Media do, but their provider... not so much. The Call history "update" was probably a stall tactic.

No, now that I have the call history I see calls where I added new caller IDs on Aug 8, 9, & 10, and perhaps later. I know this because the calls are not on the cumulative spreadsheet that I last updated as of July 31.

Or, someone finally ran a query, found the corrupted record and deleted it... four months later.

Could be, but at least they didn't wait for another 10 days to 2 weeks or longer hoping it would fix itself. I think Tiffany R may have pushed them once it was realized the 120 day deadline made this a higher priority. I could have lost a lot more data than just one week's worth. Thanks, too, for your help keeping this alive until it was fixed. Bruce also.

There was something in the database preventing you from downloading your history. The rest of your history was fine. The one something was stopping the download process.
