Call Waiting
I turned off the call waiting feature online, but I keep getting calls when I am talking, which is very annyoing. I talked to Cox and they could not figure out.

The option you gave won't work because I don't want voicemail either. How long does it take to fix this problem?
We do not have a specific time frame for a fix at this time. You should be able to disable voicemail from voice tools as well if you do not want voicemail to be turned on.

I want both voicemail and call waiting to be turned off. Currently, both are turned off, but the problem is i still get bip sound when I am talking, which means call waiting is not really turned off.
- I understand, that is where you would need to use the options I mentioned previously while we are working on correcting the call waiting from staying on. Voicemail should still turn off from voice tools, I have not heard of that not working at this time.
