Intermittent dial tone,
We have an itermittent dial tone on both wireless and wired phones. Also when on a call the phone will go dead. The phone light on the phone modem is blinking all the time when this happens.

Hi there, the telephone light blinking is what will happen when someone is actively using the telephone line (meaning they have a handset off the hook).
