Hi Gary, this is rather concerning, and we're sorry to learn about these ongoing issues. Are the internet and telephone modem connected to a splitter? If so, we recommend changing this out. Splitters can lose signal over time or simply fail without warning. Please also make sure there are no loose or damaged connections in the home. Is your phone plugged in directly to the back of the modem or is it plugged into a phone jack in the wall? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
