New VOICE service does not offer priority ring. Can COX provide this feature?

Hello, Cox has taken away some of the less popular features, such as Selective Call Acceptance, Priority Ringing, and the ability to forward busy or unanswered calls to a phone number other than Voice Mail. Here's an article that provides some additional information about our new Cox Voice service:
We do not have any plans at the moment to bring these features back.
