No Caller ID info for me any more.

Since Cox gave me a new Aris modem last month I don't even get caller ID any more. How about you???

  • Have the same problem for four month now. They are still working on it. Scammers and spammers are having a field day with me, because of this. I am forced to pick up every call now, since I don't know who is calling. Hope we can all switch carriers soon.

    You can log into your Cox account and reset the telephone portion (eMTA) of the combo modem.
