i have done as you said. i apparently am in a nomorobo area but my account cannot set up correctly. outreach to nomorobo has not netted me a response.(in 1 month). and i have yet to find a cox tech that can guide me.
is this false advertising? making me think i'm getting something for "free?" fyi, i'm not that naive.
of course if there is a fix...from the COMMUNITY out there i'd love to hear it!
