Phone modem signal levels
Is there a procedure where a homeowner can view phone modem signal levels? I'm fighting general signal level issue and this information can be helpful for troubleshooting.

What are your "general signal level issues?"
The phone modem is technically an eMTA. An eMTA is separate from a DOCSIS (coax) or an ONT (fiber) Internet modem.
I don't believe you can view logs for an eMTA. DOCSIS or ONT...yes...at 192.168.100.1
If that IP doesn't work, provide the make of your modem.
